We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied you may return them for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
You must contact us before returning any items so that we can provide you with the correct return address. All returns must be authorised in advance and sent in accordance with our returns procedure. We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred if this process is not followed.
Your order number must be written on the outside of the return packaging. Returns that do not clearly display an order number on the outside of the packaging will be refused.
You must return your item via a tracked postal service. As we are an internet only business we do not accept returns 'in person' at our factory site.
All returned products must be in original condition and not altered in any way. For example, do not take the protective film off scratchplate material or alter the product in any way.
Products must be packaged securely and with sufficient protection to avoid damage in transit. If the returned product shows evidence of damage from misuse, improper handling, or insufficient packaging, it will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
We do not refund original shipping charges, extra services charges, return shipping charges or Customs Taxes, VAT or Duties.
Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. Credit Card refunds must be made to the exact credit card used in the original sale.
You cannot return custom made or made to order items.
If a customer refuses delivery and a “return to sender” fee is incurred, this will be treated as a return shipping cost. As return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, this fee will be deducted from the refund once the item has been received and processed.
UK online distance selling rules apply, except for made to order, tailor made and custom orders which are exempt. For eligible items, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
The procedure for any reported issue under warranty would be to return the item for inspection before any alterations are made to the item by yourself or a third party. Once it has been inspected, we will report back our findings. If there is an issue found on our part, we will either repair or replace the item.
Custom orders can be cancelled within 24hrs after placing the order, after this time there will be a charge of £25 if the custom programming has been completed. If the custom item has started manufacture then you cannot cancel the order.
