Shipping policy

Delivery charges

We ship worldwide. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout for your destination and order.

Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more to UK mainland addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands. Orders below £50 to this area cost £7.49.

Charges apply to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. The Highlands use the same shipping rates as the Scottish islands. These destinations do not qualify for free mainland delivery. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and other international destinations is charged separately.

Dispatch and delivery times

Ready-to-ship, in-stock bodies and necks normally leave the same or next working day. Standard UK mainland delivery normally takes a further 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Unfinished made-to-order bodies take up to 14 working days to dispatch. Custom necks take 6–8 weeks. If you add a 2K finish to an in-stock body, please allow approximately four weeks before dispatch. These are preparation times; delivery time is additional.

We ship each order together and do not split orders. If your order includes custom work or finishing, the whole order will wait until it is ready.

Next-day delivery may be available at an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost for your address.
